What is Innerdance? Innerdance is an organic, intuitive process that leads to expanded consciousness, serving as a portal to deeper self-understanding. It utilizes music to activate specific brainwave patterns, inducing a lucid, dream-like state. This heightened vibratory state affects the brain, body, and overall being, influencing aspects like electricity, memory, and emotion. As a result, perception shifts, and profound insights emerge due to increased awareness and neuroplasticity. This transforms how experiences are interpreted, fostering a healthier, more harmonious energetic presence.

During a session, a facilitator works with Reiki energy, the power of sound, and

vibratory resonance to guide you on a phenomenal inner journey. You will

lie down on a yoga mat, relax with your eyes closed, listen to

music, and relax. A facilitator activates the Reiki energy to help with the release, clearing, and healing of anything that comes up during the session.

This may lead to an emotion that no longer serves you being somatically

released from the body, shifts into deeper states of awareness and

heightened perceptions, strengthening of intuition, self-empowerment,

unburdening yourself from limiting beliefs and receiving clarity about your

purpose and other areas of your life.

This modality is a catalyst for transformation by surrendering to our inner

wisdom.
